Car Protection Plus: (available at the counter only for an additional per day fee): by undersigning this clause, the damage penalty and the theft penalty are totally waived, except for the following locations where partial or total thefts occurred: in Campania, Apulia, Molise, Basilicata, Calabria and Sicily. Clients will still be liable for a non- waivable amount of € 200,00 + VAT for car groups A/A1/A2/B/C/C1/D/E1/E2/F/H/J/J1/M1/S and of € 400,00 + VAT for car groups G/I/N/N1/P/U. PAI Plus Clause: (available at the counter only for an additional per day fee): covers the driver, the damages to all glasswork, the damages to the underside of the vehicle, the wheels and the roof. Regardless of whether customer signs for the Car Protection Plus clause and/or for the Pai Plus clause, the following is NEVER covered and included in the rental cost: damages to the upholstery and internal parts of the vehicle in general, damages to all mechanical parts, locks, damages caused by vegetation, damages caused by act of vandalism, damages occurred further to violation of the Street Code, damages caused by dangerous and/or negligent driving and/or malpractice, triangle, high visibility security waistcoat, safety kit, tires, inflation kit, registration plates, keys, car papers, GPS.
